The coating of the label surface works best with permanent and dry erase markers. Intended for restaurant use where repetitive temperature measurement and logging is desired. Assign a name to each tag with the FireBoard app. Tags are readable/writable and the names can be changed at any time with the app. Once a name is assigned, scan the tag, take the temp measurement, and both name and temp get saved to your cloud account where a detailed record is easily accessed.
