Simply cut out a design remove the backing liner and place it onto your project surface. Then remove the surface liner to expose the adhesive surface. The backing holds the cut-out design in place and the surface adheres any decorative materials to the surface such as glitter. These sheets are for use with Silhouette Portrait Silhouette Cameo and Silhouette Curio (requires large base).
